Cancellation Policy
1. A reservation constitutes
a two-way contract between the Sand and Surf Motel and
you. It assures that your accommodations will
be kept available for you on the dates indicated, and
it assures that we can turn away other potential quests
for the dates indicated.
2. Your entire deposit
will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation
is received at least TWO (2) weeks prior to arrival
date. FOR PROM RENTALS:
Your entire deposit will be forfeited unless written
notice of cancellation is received by certified
mail at least eight (8) weeks prior to the arrival
date.)
3. Cancellations received
in advance of TWO (2) weeks will be subject to a $50.00
plus tax cancellation fee.
FOR PROM RENTALS: Cancellations received
in advance of eight (8) weeks will be
subject to a $30.00 plus tax cancellation fee per apartment
reserved.)
4. It is understood that
the Sand and Surf Motel cannot accept responsibility
for inclement weather, change in travel plans, personal
sickness or injury, etc.
5. The Sand and Surf
Motel values your patronage and appreciates your understanding.
